Erica currently lives in the suburbs of Detroit with her husband, Matt, and their three children (Tayler, Harrison, & Finley), where she slays the motherhood game by day and leads a motherhood support community by night. After retiring as an elementary school teacher once she started growing her family, Erica began pouring herself into creating and cultivating a warm and fiercely supportive space for women to do motherhood and life together. She’s a big believer that her purpose in life is to serve others, that more empathy will change our world, and that there is infinite power in women when they feel truly seen, supported, and safe enough to be their authentic selves. Her tribe of magic makers began their journey together in 2013 after the birth of Erica’s eldest and have been working to change the way women do motherhood together ever since. When she’s not working on ways to better support her tribe you can find her on adventures with her littles, having an overpoured glass of wine on the deck with Matt, reading on the porch with a cup of coffee, running & catching up on podcasts, or having game nights with friends.
